Can your lender repo your car if they have accepted late payments without a fuss? They also changed my pmt due date w/out requiring any signature. I had NO CLUE why that man was trying to tow my car

It is my understanding a judgment can be collected by a garnishment at 25% for 90 days in Oregon. If they are unable to collect the full amount of the judgment can they come back a week later and reissue the garnishment?

Do they get to keep my down payment?
