what is the deciding factors when stopped for minor traffic violation and the officer ask you to get out of the vehicle ask me if i been drinking [no sober 8yrs]then ask me to put my hands on the truck and then start to search my pockets ,even the sm 5th pocket on blue jeans that’s the first plc he chk i realized I’m being searched this happened in a matter of seconds,well i disagree be searched and drug two officers 20 ftto the ground and was not charge for this action i was charge f0r pos c/s 1

I had to place an order of protection against my ex after he refused to quit keeping tabs on me even after several months being broken up. Violating the order he has begged me to take it off even stating that its preventing him form finding employment and even having a date dragged out of his vehicle by officers and being searched after a routine traffic stop here in Arizona.
