I signed a partnership contract and invested money in it. The other side didn’t do anything but spend all the money without any receipts. I am so angry and like to know if I can send him to jail for this not just contract breach law sue?
Bought a car under financing well, not even having the car a month we broke down with the car on a Wednesday and they told us it was the starter,well we got a call the next day they had to put a new starter in it but,the wires were wrong in the car and the ignition switch was bad,so we got the car back not even for 10 minutes we had to take it back the Friday we got it because the car was extremely loud,well the dealer stated it was a bad starter they put in so,they stated they have to put a new starter in,Monday we get the call that the computer is gone in the car and they have to put a new computer in the car,in the meantime they gave us a junky loaner car which is in bad shape and have asked them numerous times for a different loaner car in which they said they don’t have,Friday June 11,they call us and tell us they have no idea what is wrong with the car.Does it look like we have a case.We are tired of all the run around from them.
