Understanding that this is a rather stupid question, I have been ordering cigarettes from overseas for about six months. Living in Washington state, I just now ran across WA Senate bill 5340 which appears to prohibit tobacco sales via the internet which was passed into law on 7/26/09 http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summary.aspx?bill=5340 My question is, does this law apply to international companies doing business over the internet or is this a “catch all” for all state to state and international trade? Thank you in advance
I am a small business owner. I leased a small space in a commercial building and later found out that water was seeping into my space, and that this was a pre-existing problem which landlord did not disclose to me. The foul smell from the wet carpet and potential of mold developing adversely affected my employees and my business
I own 51% of my company and my old business partner owned 49%. He recently resigned from the company and sign a notarized letter stating he wanted nothing to do with the company or the financial gain or losses from that date. He is no longer on any of the company’s paperwork
I paid $1000 to a lady for a car, and she sent me away with the title to get switched to my name. It was then that I found out that she never had it notarized, and the BMV was closing soon. I called and let her know, and she agreed to meet me the next day.
What is a Charging Statement? I was told it should go along with the Operating Agreement when you set up an LLC?
