I leased a small space in a commercial building and later found out that water was seeping into my space,and that this was a pre-existing problem which landlord did not disclose to me. The foul smell from the wet carpet and potential of mold developing adversely affected my employees and my business

I am getting sued by landlord and have been issued an unlawful detainer, however she has showed up at my job and confronted me and blasted our business in front of my employees and managers.

my previous employer lies about his location. Because of the nature of the business and the very low number of competitors, this makes his product sell better even though it is two different company names. On the second company’s website (which is the one I eventually worked for) and is an all internet company, it says we are in a different location then we actually are and we are forced to lie to our customers

I advertised an investment program and one person said I will go to jail as it is a scam. I did not know that ! I live in Greece. He said he reported here about me and Interpol in the U.S.

I’m working in a small carehome during weekend my employer pays me 8 box per hour even if i worked 10 to 12 hours no overtime pay.Is this legal? And now he does not include me in the payroll because i don’t have 40 hrs a week,so his giving me a check under the name of their business with no deduction on my part what i mean is no tax,sss and others deduction.Is this legal?
