I had my license revoked due to a car accident and the guys insurance company has sued me and they have to sign a release before i can get my license back. They have went bankrupt and are no longer in business. I have called Nashville, the insurance company’s lawyer, bankruptcy court and i have even tried to see he maybe another insurance company took over their cases and no one could help me in any way

Who is responsible and should a good will offer be taken to the extreme?

My neighbor’s sister and my son-in-law were both backing out of our driveways and backed into each other. The damage was less than $200. At that time, both decided that the police did not need to be called because there did not to seem to be any visual damages

Back a few years ago when I was living in the state of Pennsylvania during a snow storm I got into a car accident that was not my fault but the fault of the driver of the other can, and we both traded our insurance and everything. Both cars were not drivable so they were towed away, my insurance company ruled that my car was not fixable and then payed a quoted amount to the company I took the loan out of for the car, but it was not enough to pay the car 100% off, so I am wondering that even though this much time has passed, can I sue the driver of the other car for the remained amount that is due on the car?

Can an insurance company find me at fault for an accident and send me to collections without a court case?

I was in a car accident last year that was my fault in my sisters car, which i didn’t know was uninsured until the police told me at the scene, to make a long story short, the people i hit suspended my licence and want 10,920 dollars to get it reinstated, I have no money what so ever and don’t know what to do. I was involved in a car accident 18 years ago and I have 2 children that were also they will be turning 18 in a few months. I had a law suit filed against the state, city, and government in clovis, new mexico this accident resulted in the death of 3 of our children and so did my sister but I did not know that she did and she died 2 weeks after she filed the case however I did not find these papers until tonight. How long is the statue of limitation for her son whom I have raised?

Christmas eve 1998 my daughter had to go off the road in order to not rear end a car in front of her making a left hand turn. She did not hit the vehicle. A van behind my daughter’s car, however, did rear end my daughter’s car to the point of putting a V in the back end

I crashed on December 10, 2009 in a parking lot. I hit three parked cars and so far all my insurance company has been able to tell me is that the cost for damages exceeds my coverage. While my coverage is 10,000 one car alone is charging 18,785.

my car was involve in a hit and run accident,at the time i had full coverage in the car cause i still own the dealer,were i bougth car.but the car his still damage,and no one is helping me.i call the dealer and they don’t want to help me and they telling me tha they goin to give it to the insurance,without my permmision,cause they put it as total lost and i was against it cause off what they wanted to pay for it, i talk to the insurace inspector for a second chance,and he did. so somehow the insurance tell me that they spoke to the deal and had a agreement to fix the car,but i call the dealer and they keep telling me that they don’t know about that agreement a to stop calling tham and asking about the statu of the car to deal with the insurance, so i did.i call the insurance and they also playing games ,is like he said she said games and i need alot off help with this people.i need to solve this problem soon cause my fiance is missing alot of work.if someone is willing to help please contact me,the delar took my car without permission and wound give it back to me,dont know what to do
