I was attacked and get robbed.

When a judge states that a “Case to be closed immediately notwithstanding.” Does that mean that that judge is off the case, should another litigation be filed?

I was involved in a car accident 18 years ago and I have 2 children that were also they will be turning 18 in a few months. I had a law suit filed against the state, city, and government in clovis, new mexico this accident resulted in the death of 3 of our children and so did my sister but I did not know that she did and she died 2 weeks after she filed the case however I did not find these papers until tonight. How long is the statue of limitation for her son whom I have raised?

number one …I’m poor …i have no money for payed attorney …and i think there counting on that …because se the case against me is totally wrong ..for example on the discovery packet it states …i got a prescription for a 20 day supply of narcotics …when it was only a 4 day …. both my doctors knew about each other ….and know the meds I’m on …i have so many questions ..and no where to turn …can someone please call me …at 513 328 5711 …..john i am totally sure this can be beat if i had the right info …please help

What if someone (in this case, a disgruntled family member) makes a false report to Social Security about me. I spoke with a Social Security worker and they leaked some information to me that makes me believe this estranged family member filed a FALSE complaint about me and my benefits.
