Can I pay the bankruptcy trustee myself rather than having the court take the payments out of my job payroll?

Can a lawyer get their legal fees before my secured loan in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy plan in Monroe, LA?

Well I’m a landlord in the state of Ohio. My tenant has not paid her water bill in over 1 yr.

we are in chapter 13 bankruptcy but our house is not, we had some damage done to it in a storm and we are receiving insurance money to get it repaired and our lawyer reported it to the trustee, we received our check but it is in both our contractors name and our own, so now we have to send proof that we are getting it fixed, if our house is not part of that debt how can they do this?

My husband and I are in our third year of a five-year plan for Chapter 13 and I was just informed by my mother that my brother (who has taken over the family farm) will be starting to distribute rent payments to myself and my two sisters!!! My family does not know about our bankruptcy and we would like to keep it this way. I am assuming this is considered ‘income’ even though it is sort of my inheritance etc. I do not know when or how much I will received.
