Can someone place a camera in a common hallway? I recently moved into a four unit apartment building two apts upstairs and two downstairs,upstairs lives a single women with 1 child and a single male, downstairs is two single women both with a child each on April 26,2010 I noticed that the male had installed a very small black camera in the hallway.

My property manager is making us move because my downstairs neighbor complains about how my children make too much noise in the daytime.
