I’m a college student and I signed an apartment lease agreement for next August. My parents won’t sign the cosign, and my landlord says that it’s better if they do because I’m not financially independent. They say that they won’t do it until they know exactly which room in the complex I will get.

What are the requirements for reserving a previously permitted parking spot for all homeowners with a one car garage. There currently isn’t one. One of the homeowners with a one car garage that is frustrated at not being able to use a permitted parking spot near her condo..right next to her garage, due to other tenants with permits parking there, suddenly wants to enforce her handicap placard and is requesting this spot to be marked as handicapped parking only.

My fiancee and I have been trying to sell a condo in Milford, Ohio for about a year and half, which we are currently not living in (and haven’t for over a year) and it is sitting empty. The president of the condo association lives across the hall.
