Bought a car under financing well, not even having the car a month we broke down with the car on a Wednesday and they told us it was the starter,well we got a call the next day they had to put a new starter in it but,the wires were wrong in the car and the ignition switch was bad,so we got the car back not even for 10 minutes we had to take it back the Friday we got it because the car was extremely loud,well the dealer stated it was a bad starter they put in so,they stated they have to put a new starter in,Monday we get the call that the computer is gone in the car and they have to put a new computer in the car,in the meantime they gave us a junky loaner car which is in bad shape and have asked them numerous times for a different loaner car in which they said they don’t have,Friday June 11,they call us and tell us they have no idea what is wrong with the car.Does it look like we have a case.We are tired of all the run around from them.

I own 51% of my company and my old business partner owned 49%. He recently resigned from the company and sign a notarized letter stating he wanted nothing to do with the company or the financial gain or losses from that date. He is no longer on any of the company’s paperwork

I paid $1000 to a lady for a car, and she sent me away with the title to get switched to my name. It was then that I found out that she never had it notarized, and the BMV was closing soon. I called and let her know, and she agreed to meet me the next day.
