my manager he has been favoritism to one employee in our team they are both having relationship out side the workplace that is why we believe he is giving him many freedom he comes to work late and leaves early and took lunch for 2 or 3hrs and goes to his gym or home sleep and comes back to work after long time how we knew that he sit by us other side and we see when he come and goes and when he talks to phone to his friends about just came back from home or gym they are both gay the employee and the boss I think that is the reason they have more that employee and boss relationship which is ok with us other team members but it is not ok when he does no wrk and gets pay and not getting question for it unfortunately we can’t say anything because they will say oh! u mad because we gay and making up stuff you know how people turn things different ways and make excuse for their bad action what we should do we have reported to HR and higher MGNRs but not taking any action about it
