Almost a year ago my husband, we are now separated but not legally, borrowed money from his grandmother and used it to purchase a couch at an auction. We separated and he moved out of the house 5 months ago and now she wants to come and take the couch out of the house…can she legally do so without proof that it is hers?

My name is Michelle, my parents asked me to help them look on the Internet to see how is it possible for them to get a divorce. They both agree on getting divorce, the problem is my father lives in Mexico and my mother lives in Texas. My question is, is it possible for them to get a divorce?
