In April of 09, my employment status went from full-time to part-time. I had accrued almost 30 hours worth of Paid Time Off (PTO)

I have a non-compete contract from a company that i had worked for. The contract pays me over 4 years for not competing over those 4 years. I’ve filed chapter 7 bankruptcy

My work is holding my check til next month. They were going to cut it today, but now I get a call saying I’m not getting it. The first time this happened was because I wasn’t on the payroll, but now it’s happening again

I was terminated a month and a half a go over the phone by the store owner and he gave no reason. He just stated “Do me a favor, take your keys leave them on the counter, leave any store merchandise, get anything of yours and leave my store”.. I tried to ask him what was wrong, he screamed “get out of my store, GOT IT”.
