Hi, there – I, I guess like so many, recently received a paycut — I work for an attorney — a sole practitioner, and I am his only staff person. Business has been slow and he originally hired me at $35,000 annually, which was a lateral move from my last position.

YESTERDAY HE STARTING YELLING AT ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, I HAVE ALSO WENT TO HIM WITH A COMPLAINT ABOUT SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT HE THAN SAID HE COULD WRITE ME UP BECAUSE OF WHAT SOMEONE HAD DONE TO ME. MY DISTRICT MANAGER HAS BEEN SPREADING RUMORS ABOUT ME TO OTHER EMPLOYEES.
