I’m working in a small carehome during weekend my employer pays me 8 box per hour even if i worked 10 to 12 hours no overtime pay.Is this legal? And now he does not include me in the payroll because i don’t have 40 hrs a week,so his giving me a check under the name of their business with no deduction on my part what i mean is no tax,sss and others deduction.Is this legal?
