Can I file a lawsuit against a credit collection agency for harassment, mental anguish, them using profanity and threats against me even though I respectfully tell them that the person they are trying to contact is not at my telephone number or live here and I do not know this person, but they tell me that I have the same last name as this person and I am this person or I am trying to cover for this person?
