charges were filed against my husband for theft by the police officers. my mother, which is the victim wants the case dismissed due to the fact she wore the jewelry numerous times after the officers claimed he so called pawned the jewelry.

My husband has been falsely accused of rape and our attorney has stated that the court system will likely drop the charges because of lack of evidence and since the DNA tests which were taken came back as negative. This incident which he did not deserve to have happen to him has caused him to spend over a week in jail resulting in over $1300.00 in lost wages.

My question is about making a false report that my boyfriend got violent with me. He is now in jail and I feel completely horrible because I made the story up just for revenge
