Hi and I’m a student in 6th grade or still in elementary, and i was wondering if it is illegal for recess teachers to tell kids to run laps around the school. example: all the kids in the lunchroom are talking the recess teacher walks up to the microphone and say “give me 5″ every one keeps talking “5″ “4″ “3′ “2″ “1″ ok kids we get to take a lap and me and my friend start clapping “you want another lap” the recess teacher goes. everyone keeps talking (not everyone, and this is 5th and 6th grade) “okay now you guys all run 2 laps” Now every one is clapping and going yay because they are mad for getting to run laps.

I am a photographer and took pictures of my friend for an art project. I altered the pictures so much you cant see the face or any birthmarks just the body form. Do I have to get consent to release the images?

my friend made me open a checking account.. then she took my starter checks and forged my signature and deposited the money into my friends account and took the money from him, knowing i had no money in my account, the checks bounced, and now he is negative 1200 dollars, will i go to prison for letting her forge the checks, not knowing the circumstances of my actions, or will she go to prison for forging my checks? she pretty much took advantage of me

I have a friend that has been locked in county jail since 10-30-08, the state appointed an attorney for him, This attorney has yet to visit with him to get his facts of the case, my friend has recently been moved to another jail and I checked the web site for court dates and show he is schedule for trial in less than 30 days. He has written letters and I have gone to the office an begged this attorney to see him. How can he represent a client when he doesn’t know what he is representing.
