According to TABC 109.35 it’s legal to walk down the street drinking a beer unless a city has adopted said section. Recently at a car show on HOA (our) property within the city we were told no beer allowed. Can an HOA trump the law without adopting this section

Can I compel an HOA to provide an invoice for the HOA dues on a condo I manage for my bank/owner? It has been 3 months, I’ve requested numerous times to receive an invoice and have given them everything they’ve asked for. Also, can an HOA make up the amount of dues owed?

Our Georgia HOA is still run by the developer/owner. We have not had an annual meeting in over a year.

We have a president over the Association that him and his wife thinks they are GOD. They have changed the rules at the pool that we can not have food or water/Drinks in the pavilion area. The wife yells at everyone at the pool and we have homeowners that REFUSE to pay the dues because of them
