Hi, question my condo is a end cap and has been having problems with water not draining right. I have had them look try to fix no help. Then it was settling because of the drain.

My house in Hillsboro, Or was foreclosed on December 14,2009. We tried to shortsell and out realtor said to stop paying payment and HOA fees. We just received a judgement to our door stating that we are being sued for past due HOA dues.

My HOA raised our monthly fees in January, however I was not made aware of this through any type of correspondence (I continued to pay the same amount I have the past three years). I only found out last weekend when they simply refused to reprogram our pool key so we would have access to our amenities.

I am President of our HOA, there is another HOA that shares our pool, etc. There was a “master/Rec association” formed and filed without going through the proper channels

Can a HOA publicly disclose outstanding fees of residents through a mass e-mail? I’m not on the list, but I’m appalled that they did this. Our HOA sent a mass e-mail to all residents and listed the names, addresses, and past due amounts of all residents who now have liens on their homes as a result of the late dues.
