In NJ,can a landlord not give any notice and immediately demand that i allow perspective buyers and agents on the property that she has decided to sell the home i am renting from her. she is threatening to change locks and evict me in 30 days as well is her agent, just came here and announced he is a local policeman also (which i feel more threatened now)
