My ex-husband and I have joint legal custody of our ten year old son. He has primary physical care and I have visitation because I have chronic health condition that causes me to be in the hospital frequently. Can my ex change my son’s school or daycare without my permission

My ex-husband adopted my son 9 years ago, we split up in 2005 with joint custody of my son; for over 2 years he did nothing to acknowledge my son. We tried a reconciliation for 9 months, during which time he acted as if he wanted to be a “father” to my son

My child’s mother just got welfare and now they want to make her take me to court for full custody and child support. We had a previous agreement based on joint custody and no support for my child, however he is in school now so we have yet to revise the agreement.
