Can I sue my technical school?

I am attending All State Career in Baltimore and finished all my classes and requirements needed of me in order to go on my externship including paying all the money I owed the school, which is a requirement you have to do to get a externship. I was suppose to start 6/2/10 to 7/16/10 and have to complete a total of 160 hours within that time. The school has not found me a site yet they keep brushing me off and they seem not to care.

I have a client whose house burned down a year ago and she filed it on her insurance and her insurance gave her a number of a contractor who could come out and fix her house. The contractor came out and they made a written agreement and he started on her house but now has yet to finish. Her house is undone and in shambles and she has payed the contractor all of the money and she has yet to hear from him and its been a month.
