If I co-signed for a vehicle with my mother, and she stopped ppaying for it, and I was unaware of the fact of her reposessive position, and she has a job and does not even attemp to make any payments and trys to put the burden on me, what are my options? She has completely ruined my credit with that being the only thing on there and is moving on with her life and making payments on a different vehicle. I am not even 22 years old and my mother’s bad decision is weighing me down as far as life goes.

The day after my 18th birthday my parents put $35,000 into my bank account, within minutes they took the $35,000 out, they did not have permission or my knowledge to take money out of my bank account.
