My neighbor put a restraining order on me when she was the one who was harrassing me and my husband she then lied numerous time on the order. What can I do to protect myself?

i have shared parenting and a support order based on 9 dollars an hour, he now makes 24-27 dollars an hour and im wondering if i try to modify my order…will i lose my support all together?

2 years ago, my ex had a permanent restraining order placed on me in which the judge said would be there for a minimum of 4 years, but was never stated in the paperwork I signed and received. He also placed the Brady Handgun Act on me.

I have personal protection order on me becuse my wife was having an affair would like to no how I can fight this order and have it terminated I have had no contact with the guy at all when I found out about the affair I called him and told him in a vocie mail I would kill him and hurt him bad.
