In Ontario, Canada How do I go about revoking a restraining order placed on my boyfriend by the police after a domestic issue?

1.) HOA keeps sending me deed restriction violation notices.

I am 57yrs old and tortured and beaten by the Garden Grove Police department 25 years ago and had nightmares and paranoia all these years and I have been wanting to come forward for years but have been afraid of retaliation but I still can’t get past what happened to me that night.
