My husband and I purchased land in 2006-2007. We have since put a driveway in 10ft from the known property line and house in. In 2009 our nearest neighbors cousin bought the land beside us and wants to put up a fence on an unsurveyed line and a driveway right next to the line.

If a person maintains a property line for 25 years does that give ownership rights?
