My grandparents own about 12 acres of property in New Hanover County, NC. As thier children have grown up and started families of thier own, they have given them each an acre with which to build a home.

I have an issue in which my father sold me a piece of property, which is connected to another piece of property in which a home is on, the home and lot are directly connected and described in the mortgage and 2nd mortgage, the lot sold to me is not described in the mortgage, however my parents have both passed away in 2009, and the mortgage company was given their mortgage back to satisfy their debt by an estate guardian, the mortgage company re-wrote the mortgage documents to include the property that my father sold me, do I have any legal stance in this matter.
