since monday june 21st my apartment has been w/ out hot water. the cause of this is that the property as not paid the gas bill. i pay my utilities to the leasing office w/ the rent.

Are there any laws in NY State, Fulton Co. area that say how far away I should plant my trees from the property line? Thank you Galen

Hello, here is my question/scenario. I am part of a 3 way ownership of a cabin on a lake in Minnesota

My neighbor has been upgrading his property, he has put in a swimming pool and added concrete to that area as well as putting flowerbeds along our property line. The problem that I am faced with is water runoff from his sprinkler systems, and he has also disrupted the rain water runoff.

i have asked someone repeatedly to get there sub and stereo from my house and she never did it.
