My neighbor has been upgrading his property, he has put in a swimming pool and added concrete to that area as well as putting flowerbeds along our property line. The problem that I am faced with is water runoff from his sprinkler systems, and he has also disrupted the rain water runoff.

My mother’s new neighbor, took down a fence that was already partially fallen and put in new posts about four inches closer to my mom’s house. He had a survey done on the opposite side and he himself measured his property line adjacent to my mother’s house. He did all of this without notifying my mother at all

A moving company damaged my house while moving my belongings. The company has failed to remediate this matter (occurred 1-15-10). I filed a claim with their insurance company who has had no success thusfar in obtaining pertinent info to my claim to enable me to get my property fixed.

We have a neighbor that is really causing issues. It is an adjoining property and there is section between that the township owns. We notified the township about doing a quitclaim deed on the property and they said to go ahead but that we are only entitled to 20 feet because it was a proposed road that was never opened
