someone perjuriously filed a protective order against me.

I had to place an order of protection against my ex after he refused to quit keeping tabs on me even after several months being broken up. Violating the order he has begged me to take it off even stating that its preventing him form finding employment and even having a date dragged out of his vehicle by officers and being searched after a routine traffic stop here in Arizona.

my boyfriend of four year was just charged with a DV charge. and in that time the was a temporary no contact order put in place. How long does it take for that to go away

I have personal protection order on me becuse my wife was having an affair would like to no how I can fight this order and have it terminated I have had no contact with the guy at all when I found out about the affair I called him and told him in a vocie mail I would kill him and hurt him bad.
