We recently had our water pipe from the meter to the house break due to a tree root (which is under total control of the HOA). The tree is fifteen years old and its crown (drip line) hangs well over the area where the pipe is. The situation has been confirmed by the HOA Board
I live in Smyrna, GA (located in Cobb County). My homeowner’s association does allow anybody to attend any of the monthly board meetings held one weeknight per month. However, many of us are unable to attend for various reasons and have requested that the Board post the latest minutes and financial statements on the HOA website
I own a condo in Miami and owe back maintenance fees. Can the HOA put a lien on my condo even if the asociation is inactive? I believe the HOA has been inactive for more then 3 years.
