What is the statute of limitations for opening a case against the previous owner of my home for failure to disclose a problem with the septic system?

I bought and paid for a house in youngstown ohio, but have not received a deed,2 months have passed,can I securely move into the house, the seller sent me the keys.Should I wait for the deed, how can I get a copy of the deed?
