I had to place an order of protection against my ex after he refused to quit keeping tabs on me even after several months being broken up. Violating the order he has begged me to take it off even stating that its preventing him form finding employment and even having a date dragged out of his vehicle by officers and being searched after a routine traffic stop here in Arizona.

i was pulled over in what was supposed to be a routine traffic stop in which i immediately produced the neccessary paperwork for the vehicle after waiting 20mins or so a tow truck pulls up and much to my surprise me vehicle is confiscated, i went in to traffic court the very next day and upon producing the very same paperwork my vehicle was released???? after paying the 181.50 towing fee that is and missing a days work i returned to the district of the officer only to be told by his supervisor that my car should never have been towed in the first place???
