We bought a home in Nov of 2005. We had a home inspection done and it was noted that some floor joists had to be repaired. The seller said they were fixed.

California Real estate. the tenants advised me that the tankless water heater was not giving hot water

I bought a house in 2/2007in San Francisco, CA. Shortly after the tenants advised me that the tankless water heater was not giving hot water to the downstairs shower. This was known by the seller but never disclosed.
