I was just wondering if i would have a case against my employer…the situation is… I was injured on March 12th 2009 my employer had his mechanics remove a non functional emergency stop button from the machinery before the ministry of labor was able to investigate the accident.
I was in a car accident last year that was my fault in my sisters car, which i didn’t know was uninsured until the police told me at the scene, to make a long story short, the people i hit suspended my licence and want 10,920 dollars to get it reinstated, I have no money what so ever and don’t know what to do.
