I am 16, I will 17 in October. I am engaged to be married and my fiance and I have been planning for months for me to move out with him into his mother’s house. He and his mother live there and she is only 35 and she is also very willing to let us live with her.
So i am 16 in the state of Florida, my mom doesn’t want me. And she won’t let me move back in with her, which is okay because she mentally and physically abuses me. currently i am staying with a friend
I live in FL and I want to move to Pa would I loss any right to my son if I leave the state.
Back a few years ago when I was living in the state of Pennsylvania during a snow storm I got into a car accident that was not my fault but the fault of the driver of the other can, and we both traded our insurance and everything. Both cars were not drivable so they were towed away, my insurance company ruled that my car was not fixable and then payed a quoted amount to the company I took the loan out of for the car, but it was not enough to pay the car 100% off, so I am wondering that even though this much time has passed, can I sue the driver of the other car for the remained amount that is due on the car?
