What is the Federal Statue of Limitation for filing a civil rights violation

I was involved in a car accident 18 years ago and I have 2 children that were also they will be turning 18 in a few months. I had a law suit filed against the state, city, and government in clovis, new mexico this accident resulted in the death of 3 of our children and so did my sister but I did not know that she did and she died 2 weeks after she filed the case however I did not find these papers until tonight. How long is the statue of limitation for her son whom I have raised?

What is the statue of limitations on car repair… I have service done to my car in 2007 and the dealership did not reset my mileage to what it was when I took the car in for service should have been around 42,000 miles. When I left the dealership my car had 500,000 on it but I did not notice until we took car back 4 weeks ago. Now dealership is saying to much tike has gone by but they do know it is there mistake
