My son was arrested for reckless operation and when he went to his arraignment he was only able to speak to the prosecutor as the officer that arrested him did not show up. The prosecutor told him he could either plead not guilty and wait for his trial or plead guilty and get a 2 month loss of license and $500.00 fine as the prosecutor said he could not speak to the officer at that time to see what he wanted to do

How do I go about filing for a motion to transfer to another county for a VOP hearing while doing time in prison? My boyfriend is in Orange County and they gave him another two years for VOP. He still needs to go to court for the same thing in two other counties.
