I want to file an application with the common pleas court for relief under disability. Problem is I can’t find a template to do that.

If I had a court date for a bad assault charge and had counsel appointed, charges were dropped, why must I be billed when I was innocent all along?

If a case gets bumped out of federal district court due to an award of summary judgment to the Defendant, how can it be appealed? What would the next step/s be, and what must be done to do that?

When a judge states that a “Case to be closed immediately notwithstanding.” Does that mean that that judge is off the case, should another litigation be filed?
