My husband has been falsely accused of rape and our attorney has stated that the court system will likely drop the charges because of lack of evidence and since the DNA tests which were taken came back as negative. This incident which he did not deserve to have happen to him has caused him to spend over a week in jail resulting in over $1300.00 in lost wages.
