black mold, i have been renting this apartment since the end of september ..

i have been renting this apartment since the end of september 2009 october 10th the bathroom ceiling fell in the landlord has fixed the leaking roof but has not cleaned up the mold and has only put something to cover the huge hole in the ceiling it is now dec. 20th 2009 what should i do or who to i call he doesnt seem to care about it and i have a 2 year old son
