Breech of Confidentiality
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the accountant that filed my 2008 Income Tax return because she made multiple mistakes which triggered an IRS audit. She filed a response and along with her response to the BBB she faxed them my Income tax return form which includes all my personal information. I am very concerned because I don’t know in what hands my social security number and the rest of my personal information has ended with
