changing the law for cosigners and making the primary person totally responsible.
why is it that cosigners don’t have the right to have their name legally removed when the primary person is not living up to their responsibility on making the payments on time or at all! we as cosigners only signed our names to help that person get the vehicle, not to be responsible for making the payments or owning the car. why can’t something so simple as removing our name and refinancing the car to the primary person be done
