Do they get to keep my down payment?
I put 600.00 down on a vehicle (6/1/10) for my down payment (which is 1300.00) and to hold it. I look on my receipt the other day and seen she had hand written ‘non refundable’ on my receipt. i suppose to be bringing the rest (700.00) on the 26th
