Fail to receive a product and chargeback but then receive item month later
Hi, I ordered a product over the internet with my credit card, i paid express post. However i didn’t receive the order for weeks and the seller would not communicate and kept leading me on to believe it was coming the next day. So i called up my bank and processed a charge-back claim.
