larceny charges/statute of limitations
i have been charged with larceny in the 2nd degree and it should be a larceny 4 also charged with larceny in the 6th degree. the larceny 2nd was in 2007 and the larceny 6th was from 2008 i am still going to court for both cases and nothing has happened yet doesn’t the court have to either have convicted me or put me on probation, these are my first offenses i do not have a criminal history ,the judge denied ar and i dont know why, he did not say.
