Overview of Divorce Law
In the United States there have been drastic changes in the laws and procedures involved with divorce over the last 4 decades. Understanding divorce law is not easy, but understanding the legal parts of these changes may help. Many of the changes that have been made over this time period have considerably altered the application process for divorce and how the divorce affects the parents and children.
