purchase to buy contract, three years to sell property?
I sold my home last year, at least I thought I did,had a contract drew up for a couple to purchase my home,it gave them 3 yrs to sell there properties, in which time if they hadn’t, they were to go get financing to buy my home, well one home was sold and I wasn’t told, now was contacted that they don’t want to buy my home,can i sue them for breaking this contract, not once but twice, and if so what is the statue of limitations on this?
