What is one’s best course of action to receive reimbursement for tuition paid for a course taken in medical sales, where according to our contact, this technical institution in question has 90 days from the day of my graduation, to place me in an employment situation. They did not place me in 90 days, and I have a signed contract that they will reimburse me
